To use Lily Pad AI you must:
Access to Lily Pad AI is granted through a unique access code provided during onboarding. Your access code is personal to you and should not be shared with others outside your business.
We reserve the right to revoke access codes at any time — including if a subscription lapses, if these terms are violated, or at our sole discretion. When an access code is deactivated, access to the service is immediately revoked.
Lily Pad AI is a paid monthly service. Pricing is communicated during your onboarding call and is subject to change with reasonable notice.
You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through Lily Pad AI — including your business information, photos, and approved posts.
By using the service, you grant Lily Pad AI a limited license to use your content solely for the purpose of operating the service — including generating posts, sending email reminders, and publishing content to your connected social media accounts.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you publish through our service:
Lily Pad AI integrates with third-party social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X. By connecting your accounts, you authorize us to publish content on your behalf in accordance with those platforms' terms.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of Lily Pad AI complies with each platform's terms of service. We are not liable for any account suspension, restriction, or penalty imposed by a third-party platform.
Our use of Meta platform data complies with Meta's Platform Terms.
The posts generated by Lily Pad AI are created using artificial intelligence based on the business information you provide. While we strive for quality and relevance, we make no guarantees about the performance, engagement, or accuracy of AI-generated content.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is scheduled or published. We recommend reviewing every post before scheduling to ensure it accurately represents your business.
You agree not to use Lily Pad AI to:
We aim to keep Lily Pad AI available and running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service downtime or interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lily Pad AI Solutions and Mikey Hara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or damage to your brand reputation.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim.
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time:
Upon termination, your access to the service ends. We will retain your data for up to 30 days in case you wish to reactivate, after which it may be deleted.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you directly via email.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of California.
